What are my payment options?

When you are ready to top up your account with sms credits, you have a variety of payment options to choose from:
i) You can pay via Mobile Money using Airtel or MTN. See how
ii) You can also buy credits using your credit or debit card. See how
iii) You can also buy credits using your Bootim Wallet. See how
iv) You can pay cash at any Bootim Group Office near you. Search Google for "bootim group branch near me"

  How can i buy sms credits using Mobile Money?

To buy sms credits, navigate to buy credits and login with your Bootim Group Account.
When you're signed in, enter the amount of money in the amount field. It will be showing you the sms credits to be awarded in that amount.
Click on the pay now button after entering the amount. It will ask you to enter phone number where to deduct the money. Enter your phone number and click pay.
After this process, we send a One Time Password (OTP) on your phone to verify the request. You open your message app on your phone and get the OTP. You then, enter the OTP and Validate. A push notification will be sent on your phone asking to enter your mobile money pin. Enter the pin and complete payment. After validating payment, we will credit your account with sms credits.

  How can i buy sms credits using my credit card?

To buy sms credits, navigate to buy credits and login with your Bootim Group Account.

After this process, your bank will send a One Time Password (OTP) on your phone to verify debit. You open your message app on your phone and get the OTP. You then, enter the OTP and Validate. After validating payment, we will credit your account with sms credits.

  Will sending a group text from my mobile take longer?

There is not usually any difference in the time it takes to send a Group Text via mobile. However a number of variables are at play, the length of time from your mobile network to our servers, and then from our servers to the mobile networks and from there to the recipients. The mobile networks do not offer guaranteed delivery times and delays of up to 15 minutes are not uncommon. There may also be a delay if the recipent mobile is switched off.

  Do I have to pay some sort of setup or monthly fees?

Not realy. There're no set-up fees or monthly charges for accessing our sms service. As long as you buy your sms credits, you can use them, and top up again when you need to. It's just like that.

  Where can I get registered from to use sms services?

Texsera is a Bootim Group Company, registered under the laws of The Republic of Uganda.
To use it's services, you must obtain a Bootim Group Account.
Once you obtain this account, you can start using Texsera, instantly without limits.

  Do I have to enter my contacts one by one, or can I upload multiple contacts?

You can enter contacts manually, or upload a list of contacts at the same time from an Excel or CSV file.
